This initiative aimed to simplify DAO governance, recognising that many ApeCoin holders are unfamiliar with decentralised decision-making. To overcome this barrier, we created a series of concise, animated videos to break down the essentials of participation in an accessible way. Guided by animated 3D Ape models, each video explores core topics such as "Why should I participate? What impact can I have? How do I submit a proposal?"

Complementing the videos, the AIP Resource Bank on Gitbook serves as a structured, user-friendly knowledge base. Designed to walk DAO members through every step of proposal submission, it provides practical tips on writing concise titles, structuring proposals, using visuals effectively, and gathering community feedback. This toolkit empowers ApeCoin holders to make their ideas resonate and encourages quality, impactful contributions.

Through these resources, we’re not just educating—we’re cultivating a more active and engaged community. By lowering barriers to participation, this project is helping to build an inclusive governance culture where every voice can influence the DAO’s future. This project marks a step forward in making Web3 governance approachable and inviting, transforming ApeCoin holders from passive stakeholders to active shapers of their community’s future.
